Mr. Claude Shannon in Google Doodle Digital Era 30 april 2016

Greetings buddy TechWorld in this post I will discuss about Mr. Claude Shannon in Google Doodle Digital Era 30 april 2016.

100th anniversary of Claude Shannon, the father of the digital era, celebrated in Google doodle today. Saturday, April 30, 2016 is a special day, coinciding with the birth of the century mathematician, scientist in electrical engineering, and cryptographer. Master's thesis is the rock foundation stone of electronic digital computing so-called master thesis of the most important twentieth-century ago.

If we trace the main page of Google today, it would seem animation tie of a man who did magic shows throw the ball. However, if observed, the ball is thrown is the number one and zero. It is not without purpose. Doodler Nate Swinehart want to celebrate the birth of Claude Shannon that occurred in Petoskey, Michigan, USA on 30 April 1916.

Intelligence Claude Shannon not indisputable. The figure who died on February 24, 2001 is considered parallel to Albert Einstein and Alan Turing. His work in the field of electronic communications and signal processing, has led to major changes in the storage and transmission of data.

In 1937, Shannon wrote a paper titled "A Symbolic Analysis of Relay and Switching Circuits" for his master's thesis. A paper published a year later presents Alfred Noble Prize for the scientist. The article even called by Howard Gardner, a leading professor as "the master thesis of the most famous and most important of this century."

In 1948, Shannon article entitled "A Mathematical Theory of Communication" was published. This article focuses on how best to distribute the information to be transmitted by the sender data.

The article peeling five essential elements in communication, which is the source of information, transmission apparatus (transmitter), the channel, the receiver (receiver), and destination / destinations. Shannon is a step that is used to encode information in binary ( "0" and "1"). It is then displayed in the doodle today.

In the doodle looks Shannon located between the transmitter (box Goo) and receiver (box Gle), compile the information in a binary number like magic. And indeed, who worked on Shannon is a magic that continues to amaze us to this day.
